The package is intended as a pay-as-you-go subscription. The subscription is automatically renewed under the same conditions when the number of hours specified in it is exceeded, unless the customer expressly communicates this, even by short means (simply by email).[1]

The hours provided for in the package cannot be provided if the customer is not up to date with the payments set out in the “payment terms”. Any requests from the customer will therefore be put on “administrative hold” until the customer’s position is regularised. NB: The issuing of a new package remains subject to the balance of the previous package regardless of the payment terms..

Unless otherwise specified, the activities are intended to be carried out remotely and in tele-assistance; STeSI has the right, where deemed necessary and in agreement with the customer, to go to the customer's premises for on-site activities, in which case travel costs will be communicated in advance and then charged. The annual assistance hours will be charged in 15-minute increments. The support package has a duration of 12 months at the end of which the services are still considered provided; any assistance peaks with a percentage of hours used higher than 15% monthly, following the start-up phase, must be agreed with a minimum of 1 month's notice. Assistance will be provided during normal office hours (see www.stesi.eu for details) after opening a ticket on our portal. The support packs are provided in "best effort" mode, that is, our staff will undertake to intervene in the "shortest possible time", compatible with company commitments.

NB: As part of the success package, if the client requests a preventive analysis to quantify a development, the study and analysis times will be recorded and deducted from the purchased hours package.
