Material delivered to a site in advance has already been paid for but has not produced anything yet. Until it is consumed it is capital sitting on the ground, and it rarely appears in any report.

Who is it for

Companies that stock material on site ahead of the works.

How it works

Each project shows the value of the material still lying in its own site warehouse.
What has already been turned into production is deducted, so the figure is not counted twice.
Available as a column in the list of projects, to compare sites against each other.
Frozen on the project updates, next to the other cost figures.

The result: You know how much of your money is still lying on the site.

Value of the stock held in the warehouse of a project site

Reports how much material value is still sitting in the warehouse of a project site, net of what has already been turned into production.

Features

Stock Value on the project = value of the stock location of its warehouse − total production cost already done.
Shown on the project form next to the warehouse, and available as an optional column in the project list.
Snapshotted on the project updates.

Demo data
